There are thousands upon thousands of weight reduction internet sites, locarb diets, diet pills and other "so-called experts" that prey on desperate oversized folk and use overly hopeful claims that get you to believe and buy into their flat out lies -- reaping billions of bucks every year while your left still chubby and hunting for answers. It isn't getting into 'the zone' for half a day and all of your weight difficulties disappear. Funny how we cut ourselves some slack with other life changes like moving or getting wed or having a baby, but not with shedding weight. Why not? I am not sure what it is but it appears that the very first thing we have got to do when deciding to shed pounds is ask ourselves if we are truly prepared for that sort of life change.
